This fast and easy Asian keto stir fry has only five ingredients: boneless chicken thighs, broccoli, tamari soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil. And only 5 grams of net carbs. Simple, delicious, and keto. Serve with spicy mayo and a side of cauliflower rice.
Ingredients
- - Spicy mayonnaise
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- - Chicken and Shrimp Stir Fry
- 1¾ lbs boneless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
- ½ lb peeled and deveined shrimp
- 2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 10 oz. (3 cups) broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 8 oz. bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a wok or large frying pan, over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir-fry for a few minutes, until the chicken turns golden brown.
- Next, add the shrimp, broccoli and soy sauce. Stir together for a couple of minutes until the broccoli is crisp and the shrimp is cooked through.
- Spoon into individual bowls, and serve with the spicy mayonnaise on the side.
