Keto Chicken Stir Fry

This fast and easy Asian keto stir fry has only five ingredients: boneless chicken thighs, broccoli, tamari soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil. And only 5 grams of net carbs. Simple, delicious, and keto. Serve with spicy mayo and a side of cauliflower rice.
Ingredients
  • - Spicy mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - Chicken and Shrimp Stir Fry
  • 1¾ lbs boneless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
  • ½ lb peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 10 oz. (3 cups) broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 8 oz. bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok or large frying pan, over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir-fry for a few minutes, until the chicken turns golden brown.
  3. Next, add the shrimp, broccoli and soy sauce. Stir together for a couple of minutes until the broccoli is crisp and the shrimp is cooked through.
  4. Spoon into individual bowls, and serve with the spicy mayonnaise on the side.
