ORANGE AIOLI CITRUS SALMON

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds salmon
- 4 tbsp mayo
- 3 tangerines
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 1 /2 tsp ginger
- 1 /2 tsp crushed red pepper
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees
- In a blender, mix together tangerines, mayo, ginger, crushed red pepper, and salt and pepper. Turn into liquid and set aside.
- Cut orange, lemon, and lime into thin slices
- Place salmon into oven pan
- Pour blended aioli mix over salmon
- Place citrus slices onto of salmon
- Bake 20-25 minutes until inside salmon temp. reaches 130-145 degrees
