Keto Mini Pizza Bites
Quick and easy to make these wonderful, healthy pizza bites are super keto friendly and tasty! Great for an afternoon or afterwork snack try them now and enjoy!
- 1 zucchini
- ¼ cup pepperoni
- 1 cup cheese
- ⅓ cup pizza sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice zucchini into thin slices and arrange on baking rack or cookie sheet
- Top with pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni or your choice of toppings
- Bake for 5 minutes, cool and enjoy!
