Creamy Keto Mushroom Bacon Pork Chops
- 4 pork chops
- 5 bacon strips
- ½ cup cream of mushroom
- ½ onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup mushrooms
- Cook 5 bacon strips till extra crispy. Cut bacon into bits. Set aside for topping
- Saute 1 cup of mushrooms with olive oil. Add in chopped onion, garlic, and parsley, and cream of mushroom.
- Cook over medium/high heat 4 pork chops (3-4 mins each side) salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover pork chops with mushroom sauce and bacon bits.
