Bacon and Brie Cloud Eggs

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of Brie
- 2 bacon slices
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In mixing bowl extract the egg whites (toss yolks)
- Beat egg whites until fluffy
- Place 2 spoonfuls on baking sheet, make indent with back of spoon in the center
- Bake for 6 mins 350 degrees
- Take out of oven and put a tablespoon of Brie in the center of each
- Put back in oven until Brie melts (approximately 3 mins)
- Remove from oven and top with bacon bits
