AMAZING BACON WRAPPED CHEESEY JALAPEÑO KALE STUFFED CHICKEN

Ingredients
- Stuffing –
- 1 diced jalapeno
- ½ diced white onion
- ¼ cup diced Kale
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ¼ tbs cayenne pepper
- ¼ tbs garlic powde
- ¼ tbs salt
- ¼ tbs pepper
- Cheesey Broccoli-
- 1 head trimmed broccoli
- 4 oz cream cheese
- Dash of milk or cream if needed
Instructions
- Chicken-
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix ingredients into a bowl.
- Butterfly chicken and place filling inside, and fold chicken breast over.
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Wrap 4 pieces of bacon around each chicken breast and pin with toothpicks and place in glass baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 375 or until chicken temp reaches 165 degrees.
- Remove toothpicks and enjoy.
- Broccoli-
- Toss trimmed broccoli into sauté pan with 2 tsp olive oil.
- Add ½ cup of cream cheese and dash of milk, heat until melted
