Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds salmon
  • 4 tbsp mayo
  • 3 tangerines
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 1 /2 tsp ginger
  • 1 /2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees
  • In a blender, mix together tangerines, mayo, ginger, crushed red pepper, and salt and pepper. Turn into liquid and set aside.
  • Cut orange, lemon, and lime into thin slices
  • Place salmon into oven pan
  • Pour blended aioli mix over salmon
  • Place citrus slices onto of salmon
  • Bake 20-25 minutes until inside salmon temp. reaches 130-145 degrees
