Cook 5 bacon strips till extra crispy. Cut bacon into bits. Set aside for topping
Saute 1 cup of mushrooms with olive oil. Add in chopped onion, garlic, and parsley, and cream of mushroom.
Cook over medium/high heat 4 pork chops (3-4 mins each side) salt and pepper to taste.
Cover pork chops with mushroom sauce and bacon bits.
