Cook ground steak over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Slice pepperoni (if not pre-sliced)
Add a pinch of Italian seasoning, oregano, and garlic to ¾ cup of tomato paste.
Spread tomato paste onto cauliflower pizza crust.
Top with: 1 cup shredded cheese, ¼ cup pepperoni slices, cooked ground steak, and a handful of mozzarella cheese.
