Preheat oven 350 degrees. in a cast iron skillet melt butter and iced garlic. Rub in salt, pepper, and olive oil on steak. Sear steak 2-3 minutes each side. Put steak in oven keeping in cast iron skillet. Bake 15 minutes turning and basting half way through.
In a separate skillet heat butter, minced garlic, crushed red pepper, and diced jalapeño. Add beef broth and heat 2-3 minutes. Add in shrimp and sauce 3-5 minutes until cooked through. Drain juices.
Plate steak and top with shrimp.
