AMAZING BACON WRAPPED CHEESEY JALAPEÑO KALE STUFFED CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • Stuffing –
  • 1 diced jalapeno
  • ½ diced white onion
  • ¼ cup diced Kale
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ tbs cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tbs garlic powde
  • ¼ tbs salt
  • ¼ tbs pepper
  • Cheesey Broccoli-
  • 1 head trimmed broccoli
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • Dash of milk or cream if needed

Instructions

  • Chicken-
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix ingredients into a bowl.
  • Butterfly chicken and place filling inside, and fold chicken breast over.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • Wrap 4 pieces of bacon around each chicken breast and pin with toothpicks and place in glass baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 375 or until chicken temp reaches 165 degrees.
  • Remove toothpicks and enjoy.
  • Broccoli-
  • Toss trimmed broccoli into sauté pan with 2 tsp olive oil.
  • Add ½ cup of cream cheese and dash of milk, heat until melted
