Preheat oven 350 degrees
In a blender, mix together tangerines, mayo, ginger, crushed red pepper, and salt and pepper. Turn into liquid and set aside.
Cut orange, lemon, and lime into thin slices
Place salmon into oven pan
Pour blended aioli mix over salmon
Place citrus slices onto of salmon
Bake 20-25 minutes until inside salmon temp. reaches 130-145 degrees
