Bacon and Brie Cloud Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of Brie
  • 2 bacon slices
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In mixing bowl extract the egg whites (toss yolks)
  • Beat egg whites until fluffy
  • Place 2 spoonfuls on baking sheet, make indent with back of spoon in the center
  • Bake for 6 mins 350 degrees
  • Take out of oven and put a tablespoon of Brie in the center of each
  • Put back in oven until Brie melts (approximately 3 mins)
  • Remove from oven and top with bacon bits
