Chocolate Peanut Butter Keto Lava Cakes

You don’t need complicated ingredients or fake “keto hacks” to get a great dessert. The best keto desserts hit three things: fat, texture, and just enough sweetness.
Ingredients
  • 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter (no sugar)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Microwave cream cheese + butter (about 30–40 seconds) until soft
  3. Stir in cocoa powder and sweetener until smooth
  4. Mix in egg and vanilla
  5. Add almond flour and combine
  6. Grease 2 ramekins and pour half the batter into each. Next Add 1 tbsp peanut butter in the center of each container. and cover with the remaining batter
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are set. The Center should still be soft
  8. Let sit 2 minutes
  9. Flip or eat straight from ramekin
  10. Optional: add whipped cream or a few berries
