Keto Cinnamon “Sugar” Pecan Bars

- Crust
- • 1 ½ cups almond flour
- • ¼ cup melted butter
- • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol
- • 1 tsp cinnamon
- Topping
- • 1 cup pecans, chopped
- • ⅓ cup butter
- • ⅓ cup brown erythritol (Swerve Brown or similar)
- • 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment.
- Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Bake 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan melt butter, sweetener, and vanilla. Stir in pecans.
- Pour topping over crust and bake 15 more minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing.
- Net carbs: about 2.5 per bar (when cut into 16).
