Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cucumber, grated
2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
