- 1½ cups basil
- ⅓ cup pine nuts (toasted)
- ¾ cup Parmesan cheese
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
- salt and pepper to taste
- Add all ingredients (except oil) to a container. Use your blender to mix together, slowly adding oil as it blends.
