Blue Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  • ½ cup mayonnaise salad dressing
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons dijon-style mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz.)
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • celery , apple slices, and/or slices
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, mustard, and Worcestershire
  2. sauce. Stir in blue cheese until mixture is almost smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If
  3. desired, cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Serve with celery sticks and apple and/or pear slices. Makes 6 (2 tablespoon) servings.
